This refers to the account that integrates all the various Samsung services and device accounts into one account so that a user can sign into multiple Samsung services with a single account without additionally signing up for each individual service.

If you sign up or sign in with your existing Samsung Account, your account is updated to a Samsung Account or all your existing accounts are integrated into a single account.
After your accounts are integrated, you can start using Samsung Link once you agree to the Samsung Link Service Terms & Conditions.

Click [Forgotten your email address or password?] at the bottom of the sign in screen.

Check your network connection. The connection may be bad or you may be temporarily signed out due to a failure.
If you have signed out of another Samsung site with the same account, you are also signed out of Samsung Link.
- 6.How can I change my user information?

If you sign into the Samsung Link website, your Samsung account (email address) appears at the top right of the screen.
If you click on your Samsung account, the Samsung account page appears where you can change the user information.
